What is E-vents?

From start to finish we do it all for you. Our turnkey e-mail marketing services handle customer enrollment, creates and manages your database of customer contacts, and creates and distributes your electronic marketing pieces via creative and professional emails.

Getting customers signed up is as simple as asking them if they would like to receive periodic announcements regarding your business and special offers not announced to the general public. Once customers are signed up we create and manage your dedicated database.

Each month we create and distribute up to 3 email messages to various segments of your customer database:

  • The first is the “general group” that includes all customers in the email database. They will receive an e-update and any special offers you are promoting for the month.
  • The second group is comprised of all customers with a birthday in that month. They will receive an e-card wishing them a “happy birthday” on your behalf and gifting them an incentive offer that you create.
  • The third group is comprised of all customers with an anniversary date in that month. They will receive an e-card wishing them a “happy anniversary” on your behalf and gifting them an incentive offer that you create.
