Complete Access Launches new email marketing service, E-vents

Complete Access announced this month that it has launched a new full service email marketing program, E-vents. E-vents provides merchants with the ability to collect their customers information and communicate with those customers on a regular basis.

Merchants using E-vents, no longer have to deal with figuring out a way to respond to customer information cards. E-vents does everything from beginning to end. Businesses participating in the program are given custom information capture cards that their customers then fill out. Once the cards are received, a dedicated database is created for the merchant’s customers, that is then used to communicate directly with those consumers. Each month communication with each customer in the database is done in the form of email, which keep customers coming back through the businesses doors. Monthly general emails are sent out to a merchant’s entire database communicating any special news, events, promotions, or new products the business wants to communicate. Additionally a special birthday and anniversary email is sent out to all relevant customers in that month. The email may include a unique offer for the special day or simply just wish the customer a happy birthday or anniversary on behalf of the participating business.
