Cox Communications hires Complete Access to send out 160,000 gift cards to their best customers.

Cox Communications partnered with Complete Access to send out 160,000 direct mail pieces to their Triple Play Customers in Virginia just to say "Thank You". The Triple Play Package includes high speed internet, digital cable and digital voice service all for a flat monthly rate. The cards were sent out already activated to three different Virginia markets; Northern Virginia, Roanoke, and Hampton Road. Each market piece featured a different group of five merchants that cumulatively offer $50 in value to each customer that received the card.

This is the second customer appreciation mailing in the past six months Cox Communications has sent to their Triple Play customers using Complete Access. The first mailing resulted in a positive response from customers and drove many of the cable customers to local restaurants. The cards were sent out for each customer to use with no strings attached.
