Time Warner Cable Dallas sends out 106,000 pieces to current customers to say "Thank You" for their business

Time Warner Cable partnered with Complete Access, a merchant promotions company, to send out 106,000 direct mail pieces to current customers in the greater Dallas, TX area. With the high cost of gas, groceries, and everything else these days Time Warner Cable wanted a unique way to say “thank you” to their customers for choosing them as their cable provider. The cards were sent out already activated and featured 6 merchants in the greater Dallas area that cumulatively offered $70 in value to each customer that received the card. The merchants participating included TGI Friday's, Fox and Hound, Chammps, El Chico, Good Eats, and Metro Grill. The cards were sent out for each customer to use with no strings attached. The pieces were just a thoughtful way of Time Warner Cable thanking customers for choosing them as their cable provider.
